The following package is offered to Silver Sponsors: 

• 4 m² stand space and 2 free exhibitor badges
• 1 free entrance including conference dinner
• 1 inside full page publicity in the Final Program and Abstract Book
• your company logo is published on our website with a hyperlink to your website
• your company logo is published in the conference program
• 1 conference bag insert (max A4 size, max 4 pages)

Stands are to be installed in the catering and exhibition area of the Conference Venue.
The minimum stand dimensions are 4m² (i.e. 2m width and 2m depth).
The allocation of the spaces will depend on the date of receipt of the Reservation Contract (first come – first served). Please note that naked floor space is offered.

The stand space includes 1 free exhibitor badge

The RRB Conference Dinner is scheduled on the second conference day. Your sponsorship will be clearly announced in the program and during the dinner. You will have the opportunity to address the conference dinner participants. 

This package includes:

• 5 free Conference Dinner tickets
• Your roller-up banner at the conference dinner  venue
• the sponsored Conference Dinner will be clearly announced in the program

Companies can put an insert (max A4 size, max 4 pages) in the conference bag.

Your company is offered the opportunity to advertise (format A4) in the Program and Abstract book:

• inside full page – full colour       
• two facing pages – full colour
